We’re all looking for the best way to lose weight this New Year, especially something that has proven results and fits in with our daily life. Well I may have found you the answer. Her name is Kayla Itsines; she’s a personal trainer from down under that has become an internet sensation all over the world for inspiring women to get fit and strong.

I bought her Bikini Body Guide last summer and absolutely loved it. It’s perfect for woman to use at the gym and at home. The guide consists of a 12 week programme with three routines per week to target specific body parts as well as building stamina. The best part about the programme is that each exercise routine is just under 30 minutes, perfect for those busy bees. I loved having something to follow each week.

I first came across Kayla on Instagram and was blown away by her followers’ progress photos. It was the exact thin I was looking for. Following her on Instagram and following the guide made me feel as though I was part of a training community with Kayla and all these other women. Her witty and empathetic posts feel as though she is a friend rather than an authoritative figure looking down on people.
