Ideally located just over the road from Criccieth beach, and only a 10-minute walk from the local pubs you will not be short of things to do during your stay. Take the short stroll to Criccieth’s magnificent 13th-century castle and then sample the wide selection of restaurants, pubs and shops on offer in the area. We highly recommend walking up to Dylans for a bite to eat and a glass of red or taking a drive to near by town Abersoch, to try out Aqua Beach Bar for some sundowners with a backdrop to die for.
If its adventure you are after then the house is in easy reach of a superb range of outdoor pursuits in the nearby Snowdonia National Park, including river rapid rafting, Zip World; one of the longest zip lines in Europe, Bounce Below, Surf Snowdonia, forest segways and mountain climbing. Other popular tourist attractions are the Ffestiniog Railway, lively and fashionable Abersoch, and the famous Portmeirion – location of the cult TV series ‘The Prisoner’.
