It’s that time of year again when the cringe worthy selfies that we all secretly can’t wait for begin. As December hits it’s time to think about which woolly number or 3D bauble you will be sporting this festive season.
The Christmas jumper trend has quickly become a must-have and all time festive fashion statement with the high street in full competition to have the most seasonly of slogans! As well as being completely on trend fun festive jumpers are becoming a lot more than just a seasonal fashion statement.
December 12th is now formally known as Christmas Jumper Day for ‘Save the Children’. And the tradition, which is now in its third year, is set to be bigger than ever for 2014. The money raised will help saves lives – just £2 could pay for potentially life-saving antibiotics to treat three babies. So far 1.6 million has been raised and Semple HQ will be joining in this 12th of December by sporting our favourite and most festive of knits to help raise more money for this amazing cause. It’s easy to join in…all you have to do is wear your woolly jumper and then send your donation through to the Save the Children website.
