
Running from the 15th to the 20th September, London Fashion Week is just days away; and for avid fashion fans across the UK, it is one of the most iconic dates in the yearly calendar. Showcasing a range of contrasting high-end designers and high street retailers, London Fashion week will be held within five different venues in central London: BFC Show Space, BFC Presentation Space, Topshop Show Space, Elms Lesters Painting Rooms, and The On/Off Vinyl Factory. Here is a summary of the main shows scheduled:
Saturday 17th September
11AM: Fashion East – a show promoting all up and coming British design talent and new designers to keep an eye out for.
Sunday 18th September
2PM: Topshop Unique – Topshop’s brand new collection will be showcased and will even be available to shop online too – a wonderful event starring famous models on the runway and beautiful designs.
4PM: Mulberry – The iconic British fashion brand, created by Johnny Coca, launches its catwalk show.
Monday 19th September
10AM: Roksanda – The latest collection from the Serbian designer, whose designs have previously been worn by the likes of Samantha Cameron
7:30PM: Burberry – Expect to see some unique designs, a stand out musical performance and a front row that reads like a who’s who of celebrity royalty.
Also, from the 16th to the 20th September, Carnaby Street in central London will be hosting some Fashion Week events which will be completely open to the public; featuring live streaming screens to view the shows, fashion workshops, exclusive beauty treatments and live demonstrations from brands such as The Braid Bar and Benefit.
