Intelligent Networking with Style

I went to Susie Stone’s show last Friday in her beautiful studio in Bermondsey to celebrate the beginning of London Fashion Week. Susie is a young designer doing all of the right things to make her business a success. She is inspirational and turns her dreams in to reality. Susie not only designs and makes the most exquisite clothes for women she also networks successfully. During her show she sat me next to Roland Klein who has an enviable experience of working with the top fashion houses, celebrities and Royalty. Roland like Susie has an eye for style but the thing that really made me feel welcome was that Susie had been strategic with her guest list.

I think networking is a creative art. At MSL we like to connect people – particularly women who would like to raise their profile. Our Intelligent Networking with Style events is for women who lead busy professional lives. Our events, using new and old technology in real time, show how we are all connected no matter where we are in the world.  We start with an item of clothing and graphically build a network of stories that connects everyone. The process is fun and the results are enlightening, informative and exhilarating.

I know that every woman has a treasured item in her wardrobe that she can’t throw away. I also know that women need to be recognised for the great work that they do. And when you put the two things together it equals Intelligent Networking with Style.
