suicide squad

Despite the less than favourable press reviews of the latest blockbuster Suicide Squad, the all-star cast took the UK’s capital by storm at the premiere in Leicester Square this week. But the show stealers from the start of this project have always been Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie. Living up to their character’s reputations by helping to graffiti a mural in honour of the film created by Ryan Meades, the female leads took a more casual approach to the task at hand, with Cara rocking a detailed jean jacket, with a pink beanie and ripped black jeans and Margot looked effortlessly stylish teaming her Brock Collection striped coat with comfy olive slippers.

Fashion is surely second nature with this cast, who embraced the ‘edgy’ dress code. Suited and booted, they strutted their stuff on the pink carpet and it was Cara and Margot again who wowed the press with their fashion choices. Cara worked black from head to toe in her Alexander McQueen ensemble complete with thigh high Christian Louboutin boots. While Margot made a statement with her tiger embellished Pre-Fall 2016 Gucci gown and elegant loose braid.

But it was Jared Leto who stole the limelight, making the standout fashion statement of the evening. Never one to shy away from bold fashion choices he adorned himself in the bright green coat that he fell in love with whilst attending Gucci’s Spring/Summer 2017 menswear show in Milan. He took colour clashing to a whole new level by pairing the jacket with baby pink ankle grazers and Gucci loafers to complete the look.

Later that evening however the girls were back to being the dynamic duo we’ve come to love. Taking back their crowns by rolling up to the after party hanging out of the sunroof, having changed into their matching navy tracksuits and Buscemi high tops to complete the look. The pair certainly upped the fun factor and provided us with major  BFF envy!
