Whenever I wear my teal green suit I am often asked ‘Is that one of yours?’ The answer ‘yes’ is followed up with ‘but I thought you didn’t do trousers!’ Well it’s now official – we do.
In typical Semple style, our trouser suits are contoured around the body so that they are feminine. Our jackets are proportionate to the body and we have a side zip in our trousers to flatter the waist line. My suit is so comfortable that I’m currently having a Princess Blue one made with an off the shoulder jacket with long sleeves.
Each season, a pantone colour overview is released of the the top colours that we should expect to see feature in the shops. For Spring/Summer 2019 we can expect to see a range of twelve vibrant, empowering colours that provide confidence and make a statement. These happy hues lend themselves to playful expressionism and take us down a path of creative and unexpected combinations – perfect play for the Semple suit.
Many of you will recognise these tones from our fabric selectors which is great news for those of you wanting a new dress for Spring! Our favourites being the Princess blue as it’s a great trans-seasonal colour, along with the Pink Peacockand Fiesta orange swatches.
